We’ve been here at Flat No G 12 6 in Dankuni for a while now. Miri Technologies is mostly just us working on tech stuff in Hooghly. It gets pretty humid here in the afternoons, but we manage. Most days it’s just sorting through hardware or sitting at the computers. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it. We mostly deal with local folks or businesses around the area. It’s a quiet enough part of the building. We try to keep things simple. Usually, one of us is running out to get tea while the others are buried in cables or screens. That’s just how it goes here. People sometimes find it hard to locate the flat at first, but once you’re here, it’s easy. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just a door and some desks. Dankuni is a busy place for transport, so there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been through a few rainy seasons here where the walls get a bit damp, but we just keep moving. It’s a practical space for what we do. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the systems running and do a decent day's work. It's a small team, really. We know each other's coffee orders by heart now. We often stay late when a project is due, and the sound of the crickets outside is the only thing we hear. It's a steady life.
