Minari Developers Private Limited has its office at 217 Lower Circular Rd. We are on the ground floor, in the space marked GD-FR. Lower Circular Road is a major thoroughfare, so we are easy to find if you are in that part of the city. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Our office is a simple place where we manage various development projects. It gets a lot of light from the windows, which is nice during the day. We aren't a big, polished firm with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us sitting at our desks working through the latest plans. We handle the local paperwork and make sure our projects are moving along as they should. The traffic on Lower Circular Road can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just part of being in this area. We focus on the practical side of developing land and buildings. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or anything like that. We’d rather be out at a site or sitting here getting the actual work done. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been around long enough to know the ropes. If you're passing by 217, you’ll see our door.
