MIMO DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at Sukhsagar Housing Society. If you know Sarat Bose Road, you know it can be a bit of a squeeze with all the cars and people around. We are on the second floor, specifically 2A 2/5. It is a typical housing society setup, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the newer parts of town. We do development work, which basically means we spend our time figuring out land and buildings. It involves a lot of back and forth with different people. Our office isn't very big, but it works for what we need. We've got our files and our computers and usually a lot of tea going around. Working from a housing society like Sukhsagar gives it a more neighborhood feel. You see the same faces every morning. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more about getting the permits sorted and making sure the construction side of things isn't stalled. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of talking on the phone. Sarat Bose Road is a good place to be based because it’s central, even if finding parking is a nightmare most afternoons. We just focus on the projects we have on our hands and try to keep things simple. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for some time now. No big speeches, just everyday real estate stuff. We are often busy with clients.
