Microtherm Germany

We are based out of the Malabika Apartment on Satyen Roy Road. If you know Behala, you know how the traffic gets around here. Our office is in the M 4 section of the building. It isn’t a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a regular apartment where we set up our desks and computers to get the day's work done. Most mornings start with someone bringing in tea from the shop downstairs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works fine for what we need. We’ve been at this Kolkata address for a while now. The 700 034 area is pretty crowded, especially during the monsoon when the roads get a bit messy. Inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the fans and people talking. We do not have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up. You just walk in and see everyone at their stations. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut against the noise from the street. It’s a practical space for the team at Microtherm Germany. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or making things look perfect. Most of our day is just spent dealing with whatever is on the list. It’s a decent enough spot to spend eight or nine hours. We like the neighborhood because food is close by, even if parking is a total nightmare.
