MEGALINK PROMOTERS LLP

Our office is in Arjun Enclave, Flat 4A, over at 12 Judges Court Road. It’s a decent area of Kolkata, and we’ve been working out of this space for a bit. MEGALINK PROMOTERS LLP is just us trying to get property projects off the ground. We don't have a big, fancy setup. It’s just a flat where we meet, talk to clients, and keep all our records. Most of our work happens outside the office anyway, visiting sites and talking to different people involved in construction. It’s a lot of legwork. Sometimes it feels like we’re always stuck in traffic trying to get from one side of the city to the other. We don’t pretend to be some huge international firm. We’re local, we know the neighborhood, and we know how hard it can be to get things built around here. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes over the years, but we always try to fix them and keep moving. We don’t use a lot of fancy words when we talk to people. We just tell them what we’re doing and how it’s going. If you come by the office, you might find us drinking tea and staring at a ledger. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We just want to keep things simple and get the jobs finished. That’s about all there is to us, really. We keep our keys on a big hook by the door.
