Since we work with leather, the whole office has that distinct smell of hides and tanning materials. It is a smell you get used to pretty quickly, but visitors always notice it right away. We spend our days checking the quality of the leather pieces that come in. We look for scratches or marks that shouldn't be there. It’s very hands-on work. We aren't sitting at desks all the time.
