Mazor Engineering Corporation

Mazor Engineering Corporation is up on the 3rd floor at 40/4, Strand Road. Being on the third floor means we have to use the stairs or the lift a lot, which can be a bit of a chore when we have heavy parts coming in. Strand Road is always humming with activity. You can hear the vehicles and the general city noise from our windows. We do engineering work, which involves a lot of technical drawings and sitting at desks, but also some hands-on stuff with components. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few computer screens. We’ve been at 40/4 for a while now. It's a solid old building. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people doing our jobs. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly which floor to come to. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We focus on getting the engineering details right. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. It’s a professional but low-key environment. We like the view of the street from up here, even if it’s just roofs and traffic. It's a busy life on Strand Road, but it keeps us going and we appreciate the work we have.
