You can find MAXPOLY CONSTRUCTION LLP over at 22 Lee Road, which some people still call O.C. Ganguly Sarani. We are in Block C, Flat C1 on the first floor. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, which is good because the actual construction sites we manage are usually loud and chaotic. We do construction work because that’s what we know. There aren't any corporate ladders here, just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. We spend a lot of our time on Lee Road going over drawings and checking the latest numbers from the suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. The building business in Kolkata has its own set of challenges, and we’ve dealt with most of them by now. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local LLP doing our bit in the construction sector. Some days are just about clearing permits, and other days are about seeing a structure finally take shape. We like the tangible part of the job, seeing something where there was nothing before. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where the real work gets organized. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, we just want to do our work properly and keep our clients from having to worry about the small details. That’s how we’ve always operated.
