Marvelous Buildcon LLP is based on Camac Street in Kolkata. You can find us at Azimganj House, specifically on the first floor at number 7. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a basic workspace where we handle the logistics of our building projects. We don’t go in for fancy talk or complicated business models. We just focus on the construction work we have in front of us. Being at Azimganj House is handy because it’s a well-known spot and easy for people to find. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet to talk about the week's schedule. There’s usually a lot of paper moving around and the phone is always ringing. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated team that knows the building trade. It’s a lot of coordination with different suppliers and workers to make sure things happen on time. We’ve had our share of delays and issues, as anyone in this business has, but we just keep pushing forward. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff because that's not who we are. We are just a local buildcon firm trying to stay busy and do a decent job on every project we take on. It’s straightforward work for us, and we like it that way.
