Martinet Facility Management Services is based at Purbasa Appt 5 4 Dakshin Para Road in Baguati. Kolkata can be a tough place to keep buildings clean and running right, especially with the humidity and the rain. We started doing this because we saw how quickly things fall apart if no one is looking after them. Our office is just a regular spot in the apartment building where we coordinate everything. We have a team that goes out to different sites, but this is where we keep the supplies and do the schedules. It’s not always perfectly organized, to be honest. Sometimes a staff member doesn't show up or a machine breaks down, and we have to scramble to find a fix. That’s just the reality of facility management in a busy area like this. We handle cleaning, security, and the general upkeep that people usually don't want to do themselves. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking in on the guys at the various buildings. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working out of Baguati, trying to make sure the pipes don't leak and the floors stay decent for the people living there. It's a lot of walking and a lot of lists, but it keeps us on our feet and keeps the buildings in one piece for everyone.
