We run our operations out of Flat B2 at 6 Jatin Bagchi Road in Kolkata. It’s an old building, but it suits us just fine. Being in the 700029 area means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The office is a bit small for the number of people we sometimes have in here, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our computers. It’s a typical Kolkata workspace with piles of files and the sound of the ceiling fans always going. We’ve been here for a while, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. Sometimes the traffic on Jatin Bagchi Road is loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don’t have any big corporate lobbies or anything like that. You just come up to the flat and we’re there at our desks. It’s a very practical setup. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week, and things can get a bit hectic near the end of the month. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the small space. We just try to stay on top of our daily goals. It's not about being the biggest, it's just about doing the job we have to do. We take our breaks, have some tea, and then get back to the files until the work is done.
