Manushri Realty Private Limited has its office on the 3rd floor of 7, Grant Lane. We are located at the C/O Sanjay Kumar Bajoria7 part of the building. Being up on the third floor helps a little bit with the noise from the street below, because Grant Lane is an incredibly busy place all day long. We are a small realty firm and our office reflects that. It is a simple space with plenty of filing cabinets and desks where we handle our property deals. There is no elevator that we use all the time, so the stairs keep us active throughout the day. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. We are usually just at our desks working. Sanjay Kumar Bajoria has been at this address for quite a long time, so people in the area know where we are. Dealing with real estate means we have a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and it often feels like we are drowning in documents.
