Down at 61A Elliot Road in Kolkata, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and history around every corner. Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd has been in this location for a while. The building has that classic Kolkata feel, and inside it’s just a normal workplace with people busy on their phones. We handle recruitment and staffing, which basically means a lot of talking and a lot of typing. It can get quite humid here, but we’ve got our fans going and we just keep at it. People from all over the city come through these doors. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. We eat our lunch together and discuss the latest news while we manage the stacks of resumes. Elliot Road is a lively place, and we like being in the middle of it. Our team is small and we know each other well. We don't use polished scripts when we talk to people; we just speak normally. Finding jobs for people is what we do every day.
