Manpasand Manpower Private Limited

Our office is located in East Panpara, down D Lane in the Potalpukur area of Pstitagarh. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from around this part of town, but once you find the right lane, just look for our small sign. We work in the manpower business, which mostly means we help find workers for local factories, building sites, and sometimes security staff for offices. It is a lot of daily coordination. We have people coming in all day long looking for work, and we have to check their papers and see what kind of jobs they are good at doing. We started this because there are always people looking for jobs and companies that need reliable hands to get work done. The office is pretty basic, just some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait and a few desks for us to keep our records. It can get a bit chaotic when twenty people show up at once on a Monday morning. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, things change very quickly. A worker might not show up for their shift, or a company might suddenly need ten more people by tomorrow morning. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is hard work and the days are usually long.
