Mani'S Development Management LLP is based out of the IT Chambers on the EM Bypass, specifically at 164/1 Maniktala Main Road. It’s a busy intersection and the traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, but it’s a central spot for us. Our office is in a building that houses a lot of other businesses too. We focus on managing development projects, which basically means we spend our time making sure everyone else is doing what they are supposed to do. It involves a lot of coordination, phone calls, and spreadsheets. We aren't the ones out there pouring the concrete, but we are the ones making sure the concrete actually arrives on time. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes it feels like we are just chasing people around, but it’s a necessary part of the process. The office itself is quite functional. We have our computers, a small meeting table, and probably too many empty coffee cups lying around. Being on the EM Bypass gives us good access to different parts of Kolkata, which is important when you’ve got sites spread out. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage a project from start to finish. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
