Maninda Building Private Limited is up on the 5th floor of the Acropolis building, Unit No 5/11. We are located at 1858/1 Rajdanga Main Road. It’s a well-known spot in the city, which makes it easy for people to find us. Even though we are in a more modern building, we are still just regular people doing a job. Construction and building management is what we do every day. It’s a lot of coordinating between different workers and making sure we have what we need on site. The office is where the meetings happen, but the real work is always somewhere else. We’ve been working in this industry for a good while and have seen it all. From small repairs to larger building projects, we’ve handled a bit of everything. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just talk like normal people and try to solve the problems that come up on a job site. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain stopping work, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't here to give you a big marketing pitch. We just do the work and hope the results speak for themselves. Being on Rajdanga Main Road keeps us close to many of our projects, which is handy. We are just a local team trying to build things right and keep our heads down. It is hard work, but we like it.
