We are Mangalnayak Projects Llp, and you can find our office at 4, Gangadhar Babu Lane. We are up on the 1st floor of an older building that has a lot of character. The lane itself is quite narrow and can get pretty crowded with people and deliveries, but we like it here. It feels like we are right in the thick of things. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have our project maps on the walls. A couple of computers that have seen better days sit on the desks. Our main work involves keeping track of various project timelines and making sure the sites have what they need. It’s a lot of calling around and checking on things. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. We just sit around the table, have some tea, and talk through what needs to be done next. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep. Take your time if you’re coming to visit. We’ve been at this address for a good while. Most of the people who work in the nearby shops know us by now. It’s a friendly enough spot. We don't bother with a lot of advertising or big signs out front. People usually find us because they know the work we do. It’s just a regular, hard-working office where we try to stay organized and keep our projects moving forward without too much fuss.
