Mallik & Bera Construction India Private

We are located at Arcadia Centre on Dr. Ambedkar Sarani. It’s a busy spot in the city. Our office takes up space on the 3rd and 4th floors here. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over site drawings. Mallik and Bera have been working together for quite a while now. We handle various construction jobs across India. It isn't always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially when the rains hit, but we manage. People know us for being around this part of town. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We have a few desks where the paperwork gets sorted out. Usually, there’s a bit of a mess with blueprints and receipts scattered around. We don't really go for anything fancy in the office. It is just a place to get the work done and meet with contractors. Most of our guys are out at the sites during the day. We keep the doors open for anyone needing to discuss a project. Dealing with construction in this climate means there is always something to fix or look after. It’s just how things go. We've been at Premise No. 31 for some time. You can find us there if the phones are busy. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the crew. We are just a local team doing what we can in the building trade.
