Makpower Engineers

Our spot is on the second floor of Marshall House, which is that old building over on N.S. Road. If you’ve ever been to Room 235, you know it’s a bit of a maze getting up there. The stairs are narrow and people are always rushing up and down with boxes. We have been in this room for quite a while now. The windows look out over the street, and it’s always noisy with the traffic and the horns below. Sometimes we just shut them to get some peace while we are looking at drawings. The office is pretty small, and we have folders piled up on almost every surface. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy furniture. We have some old chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, there is a smell of old paper and maybe some coffee. We get our work done between the phone calls and the occasional visitor who gets lost looking for another room in the building. N.S. Road is a busy place to be, but it’s convenient for getting things delivered. We spend our days going over engineering specs and talking to suppliers. It is a simple operation. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be sitting there at a desk working on something. That is just how Makpower Engineers operates every day.
