Mainul Abedin

I am Mainul Abedin, and you can find me over at Balaka Abasan, specifically at C /6/1/7 in Kolkata 700156. My place is located right behind the N B C C Tower, which is a big landmark that most people recognize when they are coming into New Town. Living and working in a housing complex like Balaka Abasan means things are usually a bit quieter than the main road. I have a small area set up here where I handle my daily tasks and meet with people. It’s basically just a regular apartment room that I’ve turned into a workspace. There are plenty of books and a couple of chairs that don't quite match. The view outside the window is just the other buildings in the complex and some trees. I spend most of my mornings answering messages and getting things ready for the day. It’s not a formal office with a secretary or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably see my personal stuff lying around too. It is a very casual environment. I’ve been here for a bit, so the neighbors are used to seeing people coming by to see me. Sometimes the elevator in the building is under maintenance, so you might have to take the stairs up. It is just a simple, honest way of working from home in a busy part of the city. I try to keep things organized, but it’s a bit lived-in and comfortable. I usually stay up late finishing work after the complex gets quiet.
