MAHIPAL BUILDCON LLP

Mahipal Buildcon LLP is located at 7A Hospital Street in Kolkata, right on the second floor. It’s an old part of the city, and our office fits right in. We don't have anything too fancy here, just some desks, chairs, and old cupboards full of project plans. We spend our days working on various building tasks across the city. Hospital Street can be quite crowded, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with all the traffic. Once we’re here, it’s all about managing the different sites we have going on. We are a small team and everyone knows their job. We don't have big meetings or corporate retreats. We just talk over tea and figure out what needs to be done next. The building business is tough and can be messy, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries or bad weather stopping work. It’s just part of the deal. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a local construction company working out of a second-floor office. We’ve seen many changes in Kolkata over the years and have tried to keep up with them. Our goal is just to finish our work and keep things moving. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do for a living.
