MAHAGAURI CONSTROWELL LLP

We are located at 11A/1R East Topsia Road. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata. Mahagauri Constrowell LLP is the name on the door. We spend most of our time dealing with building projects and site management. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is the nature of construction. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners. We have a small crew and everyone does a bit of everything. One day someone might be checking a site, the next they are here doing the accounts. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us looking at a spreadsheet or talking on the phone. East Topsia Road has a lot of movement, which suits us fine. We’ve learned over the years that things rarely go exactly as planned in this business. Rain might slow us down or a delivery might be late. We just deal with it as it comes. It's about getting the structure up and making sure it stays up. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in West Bengal, just one that does its work and pays its bills. It's a simple operation here. We keep a stack of plastic chairs for when the site supervisors come in to give their reports and have a quick cup of water or tea.
