Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd

Our office for Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd is over in Rajdanga Gold Park, in the Kasba area of Kolkata. We’re in the Neelachal Abasan building, specifically Satabisha B4 98. It’s a residential-feeling area but there are plenty of offices around too. We’ve been doing management consulting from this spot for a long time. It’s not a high-rise building with a glass elevator. It’s a more grounded place where we actually get things done. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients about their staff. We have a lot of files piled up and the desks are usually covered in notes. The weather in Kolkata can be pretty humid, so we keep the fans going all day long. We don’t have any polished speeches or corporate slogans to give you. We just know how to handle the work that comes our way. The neighborhood is nice because you can find a good snack just around the corner during lunch breaks. We’re a small group of people who have worked together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. It’s a simple operation really. We just take the projects as they come and try to do a solid job without making a big fuss about it. That’s just the way we like to run things here in Rajdanga. We just show up and do what needs doing every single day.
