Our office is located at 26 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, which is a busy part of the city to be in. Macneill Developers Llp operates out of this building, and it is a place that sees a lot of foot traffic outside. Inside, it is just us working through the various development tasks we have on our plate. The building has that older feel to it, which we actually like quite a bit. It feels solid. We have a few rooms where we keep all our records and the maps of the areas we are working on. There is always someone coming in or out, usually headed to a meeting or a site visit somewhere else in town. The desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee cups because we tend to stay pretty late when things get busy. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the day-to-day reality of development. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and the work being done inside. On hot days, the fans are always going, and you can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows. It’s a real place for real work. We have been at this address for some time, and it has become home for the business. Everyone here knows their job and we just get on with it without needing much else or trying to act important.
