Maaco Nirman LLP is located right in the heart of the city at 8 BBD Bag East. This part of Kolkata is always moving, and being here puts us right where the action is. Our office is in one of those older buildings that has seen a lot of history. It isn't the most modern space, but it has character and it serves us well. We do construction and development work, mostly focusing on local needs. Since we are in the 700001 area, we get a lot of foot traffic and people dropping in. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on sites. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with glossy presentations. We’d rather just show you what we are working on. The streets around BBD Bag are always crowded, which can make getting to work a bit of a chore, but we like being central. It feels like we are part of the city's pulse. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep going because we enjoy the work. We aren't looking to become a giant firm; we just want to keep doing our projects and making sure things are built properly for the people here.
