We operate out of 65 Grand Trunk Road in Howrah, which is one of those places that never really stops moving. Being right on the GT Road means there is a constant stream of trucks, buses, and cars going past our door all day long. It is a very industrial and busy part of West Bengal. Ma Chhinnamastika Group of Companies covers a lot of different ground, and this office is the hub where we try to keep track of everything happening across the different sectors. The building is older and has that solid feel you find in Howrah. Inside, it is mostly rows of desks and shelves filled with ledgers and folders. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes. The humidity can be tough in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. We don't have a polished front desk with a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and see someone working on a computer or talking on a landline. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces, all trying to keep the operations running without too much fuss. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the logistics of the group are sorted out. It is noisy, busy, and very practical, which suits the way we work just fine.
