Our office is located over in the Baishnabghata Patuli Township area at Q 10. It's a pretty standard spot in this part of Kolkata, and we've been operating out of here for some time now. The workspace is simple and it serves our needs well enough for what we do every day. We don't have a big sign out front or a reception area with fancy coffee for visitors. It's mostly just us working at our desks through the morning and afternoon. The township is a decent place to be based because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city, though it still gets quite busy during the morning rush. We have a small group of people here who know their jobs inside and out. We aren't really into having big corporate meetings or long presentations that don't go anywhere. We just take the projects as they come and try to stay as organized as possible. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we've gotten used to the layout over the years. We usually bring our own lunches and eat together in the back. It’s more of a family feel than a stiff, formal office environment. Getting to work involves a bit of a commute for some of us, but the location is familiar to everyone in the area. We handle the daily grind without making a big deal out of it. It is just a regular place where work happens.
