Mariam Exports

We are over at 2 A Lower Range which is a nice enough spot. It is not as loud as the main roads but it still gets busy during the middle of the day. Mariam Exports has been operating from here for some years now. The office is mostly just desks and shelves filled with samples and documents. We don't have a big staff so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you are answering the phone and the next you are packing a crate. It keeps us busy and the time goes by fast. Sometimes we have visitors but mostly it is just us and the delivery guys. The rain in this part of town can be quite something and we often have to scurry to keep the goods dry. We have a small kitchenette where we make coffee and sometimes heat up some snacks. The floor is a bit uneven in places but nobody really minds. We are just focused on getting the work done without making too much of a fuss. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. If something needs doing we just do it ourselves. That is the way we have always run things here at Lower Range. Usually, we finish the day by double-checking the locks and heading home through the evening crowds.
