Our office is on the 3rd floor at 17/1 Lansdowne Terrace. It’s a nice enough spot in Kolkata, though parking around here can be a real headache sometimes. LOKRANJAN REALCON PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a group of us who decided to get into the real estate and construction side of things. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to build things that stay standing and look alright. The office is usually pretty quiet, mostly because half the team is out at different sites checking on how things are going. When we are all in, it’s a lot of talk about costs, materials, and how to get things done on time. We’ve had our share of delays and problems, because that’s just how this business works in the city. We don't have a polished pitch for anyone. If someone asks what we do, we just show them the current projects we’ve got going. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being in this part of town. It has a bit of character. We try to keep our paperwork organized, but there’s always a stray folder or two lying around. We’re just a local company doing what we know how to do. No fancy tricks, just a lot of time spent on the phone and at construction sites making sure things move forward. We take our tea breaks seriously.
