Loharuka Groups

Loharuka Groups is based out of Panchanna Gram in the Tiljala area of Kolkata, specifically at Bapi Mandal 244. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s crowded and full of life. Our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with building projects and property stuff every single day. There’s usually a pile of files on someone’s desk and maps of different areas pinned to the walls. It’s a local operation, and we’ve seen how much Kolkata 39 has changed over the years. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors or people asking about plots and flats. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with marble floors; it’s more of a place where people actually work and talk. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which is just part of living and working here. We have a small team, and everyone knows each other’s business. We spend a lot of time on site too, so the office might be half-empty during the day. It’s a bit of a trek to get through the traffic sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. Tiljala has its own vibe, and we’re just part of that landscape. We keep things pretty simple and just try to get the construction work done without too much fuss or delay. Our doors are usually open during the day for anyone who needs to discuss their housing needs or check on progress.
