The office itself is in an older building that has a lot of personality. We don't have the sleek, modern look of some of the newer firms. Our space is filled with the things we actually need, like sturdy desks and rows of filing cabinets that have been with us for years. Working in Kolkata means you get used to the sounds of the trams and the general hum of the bazaar. We handle a variety of business tasks and accounting work here. It’s the kind of job that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. We don't use fancy marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary. We just do the work that needs to be done. Most days are spent going through documents and making sure everything is in its proper place. We might have a stack of files that looks a bit intimidating to an outsider, but we have our own system. It’s a bit of an imperfect setup, but it’s very human. We are just local people working in a local neighborhood. If you come by Palmer Bazar Road, you’ll see we are just a plain, hardworking office. We aren't trying to be anything other than what we are.
