Lll is located over in Behala, specifically at P 43 Arcadia Extn in Kolkata. If you know Kolkata, you know that Behala has its own rhythm, separate from the main city center. It’s a bit more crowded and the roads can get pretty narrow once you turn off the main stretches. Our place is easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. It’s a simple setup in a residential-commercial area. The building is older, and the staircase is a bit steep, but it serves its purpose. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly focusing on getting the daily tasks finished without too much fuss. During the monsoon, the street outside sometimes gets a bit of water, which makes getting to the office an adventure. We keep a few umbrellas by the door and just get on with things. The neighborhood is full of small shops and houses, so there is always some noise from the street—kids playing or people calling out to each other. We like it here because it feels like a community rather than just a business district. Inside, it’s just us and our work. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just a job that we show up for every morning. We’ve got our routine down, from the first cup of tea to the last bit of paperwork we file before heading home in the evening.
