Live Here Developers Private Limited is based out of 39 Kali Krishna Tagore Street. It is an old part of the city and we like it that way. We do development work which means a lot of coordination with different people all day. Our office isn't anything too special to look at but it is where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites making sure things are moving along like they should. It can get pretty noisy on the street outside but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of building. There is always a lot of paperwork to fill out and permits to check. We just take it one day at a time. The team here is small. We know each other well and we just get on with the tasks at hand. Developing properties is complicated but we try to keep our part of it as simple as possible. We don't go for flashy ads or big promises. We just show up at 39 Kali Krishna Tagore Street and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes things hard but that is part of being a developer in this city. We deal with the heat and the rain and keep the projects going. It is what we know how to do. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and old blueprints, but we know where everything is. We just keep building.
