Our office is located at 10 Clarke Street in Kolkata. It’s an old part of the city, and we like the vibe here. We spend our days working on HR stuff, helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in West Bengal for a long time. The building itself has some character. We don’t have fancy glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a bunch of desks and computers. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep us going. Some days are slower than others. We might spend hours just filing papers or updating our lists. Other days, we have people lined up for interviews. We aren’t trying to be some giant agency; we just want to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. Being on Clarke Street is nice because there are good places to eat nearby. We know most of the local shopkeepers. It’s a community. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just try to connect people with work. It’s practical and it’s what we know. We’ve been doing it this way for years and it seems to work out okay. The fan in the corner squeaks sometimes, but nobody really minds anymore.
