Lch Projects Private Limited is at 8A Diamond Harbour Road. That road is one of the busiest in all of Kolkata, especially in the 700063 area. There’s constant traffic and noise, but it keeps us on our toes. Our office is a small spot where we manage various projects. It’s not a fancy place at all. You’ll mostly see stacks of paper and maybe some coffee stains on the desks. We don't have a corporate vibe or any marketing speak. We just do the work. Project management in a city like this is mostly about solving problems as they come up. We spend our time checking on sites and making sure things are moving along. Diamond Harbour Road is a long stretch, and we’ve been at 8A for a while now. You get to know the other shop owners and the regular people who walk by. It’s a very local way to work. We don't have any big mission or polished "About Us" page usually. We just tell people where we are and what we’re working on. It’s just honest, everyday effort. Some days are slow, and some days everything happens at once. That’s just the nature of the business. We’re just a small team trying to get things built and finished in this busy part of Kolkata.
