Lamrin Infrastructure Private Limited is located at 7 Surendra Mohan Ghosh Sarani, which most people still know as Mangoe Lane. We are on the first floor. It’s an old part of Kolkata, right in the heart of the business district. The building has been there for a long time, and you can feel the history when you walk up the stairs. The streets outside are always packed with people, tea stalls, and cars honking, which is just the usual atmosphere for this area. Our work involves infrastructure, so it’s a bit more than just building small houses. We have to deal with a lot of paperwork and government regulations, being in such a central location. The office isn't very modern, but it’s where we do all our planning and meet with contractors. It gets quite noisy during the day, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. Infrastructure projects can be quite complicated with many moving parts, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. We’ve been in this Mangoe Lane office for a while now, and it’s become our second home. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things done right.
