Lakshit Developers Llp is located at 111 Park Street in the 700016 area of Kolkata. If you know Park Street, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in the city. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a standard workspace where we spend our hours looking over site plans and managing the various projects we have going on. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. It's just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up in corners. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shut the windows, but that’s just life in Kolkata. We’ve been working in the development field for a while now. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and checking on materials. We aren't trying to be the most famous name on the street; we just want to do a solid job on every project. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. Most of our work happens on the phone or out at the actual building sites, so the office is more of a home base. We keep things simple and honest here. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how a real working office looks.
