We have been based out of 888/2 in the Madhurdah area for some time now. It is right in the middle of the East Kolkata Township Project, which is always changing and growing. If you know this part of the city, you know how much construction is going on everywhere you look. We at Laird Realty Private Limited spend most of our days dealing with various property matters around here. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes it is just a lot of paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live or invest. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done. We see a lot of people coming through the door asking about the new developments nearby. The traffic around the township can get pretty bad during peak hours, but that is just part of living in Kolkata. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks in. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in the city long enough to know how the market moves. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We are just a local team trying to help people navigate the real estate scene without too much headache. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking listings, while other days are chaotic with phone calls and site visits. That’s just how the business goes for us here in Madhurdah.
