Lagan Infrabuild Llp is located at 12C Chakraberia Road (N) in the 700020 area of Kolkata. It’s an older part of the city, and our office fits right into the neighborhood. We aren't in one of those new glass towers; our building has a bit more character, and maybe a few more cracks in the walls too. Getting here involves navigating some narrow streets, which can be a bit tricky if you’re driving. Most of us just walk from the nearest main road. Inside, the office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking. We focus on infrastructure work, which means a lot of technical drawings and long meetings about budgets. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time making tea and gossiping about local news. The desks are covered in folders and blueprints that haven't been rolled up in weeks. We don't really have a dress code or anything, so you’ll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we manage. We’ve been part of the Kolkata business scene for a while, and we just keep plugging away at our projects. It’s a straightforward operation here, no big egos or complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the job is finished for the day.
