Our office is in the Bishnupur area of Rajarhat. We are set up at Abhijit Ghosh's place, which is a bit of a local landmark if you are from around here. It is quieter here, except for the birds and the occasional motorbike passing by. We handle reality and property stuff from this address. It is not a corporate building with glass walls. It is more of a home-style office where you can sit down and have a glass of water while we talk. We have lived and worked in West Bengal all our lives, so we understand how things move slowly sometimes. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just look at the land and the houses people are interested in and tell them what we know. Often, we are out in the fields or walking around the neighborhood checking on things. The humidity can be tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. We are a small group of people who just wanted to start something of our own in the real estate world. Most of our work comes from people in the village or from Rajarhat who know us by name. It is a simple life and a simple business for us and we like it.
