LADONAS INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Ladonas Infrastructure Private Limited operates out of Binayak Enclave, specifically in block 4, flats 503 and 504. We are at 59 Kalicharan Ghosh Road, which most people know as the Sintheemore area. It is a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it gives us plenty of space to handle our infrastructure projects. We have turned these flats into our main hub where we do all our planning and administrative work. It’s usually pretty quiet up here on the fifth floor, which helps when we are trying to look over complicated drawings or budgets without being interrupted. We have been in the Sintheemore neighborhood for some time now and it feels like home to us. Our team is just a bunch of regular people who happen to know a lot about infrastructure and building stuff. We don’t have any polished mission statements or big marketing plans to show off. We just take on jobs and try to get them done without any major hiccups or delays. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away at the computer while looking out the window. We have a lot of files stacked in the corners and the kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea for whoever is in. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We deal with a lot of different people, from government workers to local laborers. It can be a lot to manage, but we just take it one day at a time here at Sintheemore.
