Kwality Dairy & Farm

Our shop is number 50 in the Sisir Market area of Sealdah. It’s a small place, just one of many in the market. Kwality Dairy & Farm has been serving this neighborhood for quite a bit. We get the milk and dairy products in early every single day. Sealdah is always crowded, so it’s a bit of a squeeze getting to the shop sometimes. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It’s just the fridge, some shelves, and us. We know most of the customers by name because they come in every morning for their milk or curd. We don’t do fancy packaging. It’s all very basic. Sometimes we run out of stuff by mid-day if it’s been a busy morning. We don't have a website or a delivery app. People just walk in. The shop is a bit cramped, especially when we are unloading crates. We keep the place as clean as we can, but it’s an old market building. We aren't trying to be a big brand. We just want to provide the basics to the people who live around Sealdah. It’s a simple life. We open early and close when the stock is gone. It’s what we know how to do. There is always a lot of shouting and noise in Sisir Market, but that is just part of being here. We focus on the daily routine.
