Running K.V Estate Developers Llp keeps us busy most days of the week. Our main spot is over at Peth Bagh on Theater Road, sharing space with Shri Ramkrishna Mansaram Sarda. It is a local operation, nothing too big. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking out different plots of land around the area. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are just sitting around the table trying to figure out where a fence should go. Being on Theater Road means there is always a lot of traffic and noise, but it's a good spot for people to find us. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for being out on a dusty site. Developing land sounds like a big job, and it is, but it really comes down to just being organized and talking to the right people. We have had our share of delays and headaches with paperwork, which is just part of how things go in this business. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. People stop by to ask about what is being built or if there is any space left. We try to give them a straight answer without a lot of fluff. It’s just work and we take it one plot at a time, making sure things get done.
