Kushagra Awas Llp

Kushagra Awas Llp is located in Marshall House, which is quite a well-known building if you spend any time on N S Road. We are up on the 8th floor in Room No 807. Getting to the 8th floor can be a bit of a wait sometimes because the lifts are always busy with people going up and down. It is a large building with lots of different offices. Our space isn't huge but it fits us well enough. We work on housing projects mostly. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the busy streets of Kolkata down below. Being at 33/1 N S Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s loud and dusty outside but inside the office, we just keep our heads down and do the work. We deal with all the typical stuff that comes with being an Llp in the housing sector. Papers, plans, and lots of tea. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular office where we spend our nine to five. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and a few desks inside. Most people who come here are usually looking for something specific about their house or a project we are working on. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
