KSE Developers operates out of 56 Burtolla Street. We are right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in. The area is quite old and has a lot of history. It’s busy and loud, but that’s just how North Kolkata is. We deal with various development projects. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We have desks piled with papers and a few chairs for guests. Most of our time is spent dealing with the daily grind of construction and planning. The ground floor location is handy because we often have materials being moved or people dropping off documents. It gets quite dusty with all the activity on the street. We usually have the fan going full blast during the summer months. There is no point in pretending we are a big corporate office. We are just local people working on local projects. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The street outside stays alive until late at night anyway. It’s a good spot if you want to be in the middle of everything. We’ve grown attached to this little space over time. It’s where everything starts for us. We don't need much else besides a working phone and a place to spread out our maps and check on progress. It is just a normal office for normal people doing construction work.
