KJN Buildtech Llp shares the space at 44 Matheswartalla Road. It’s a familiar spot for us, and we’ve gotten used to the daily sights and sounds of the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, with just what we need to run the technical side of our building projects. Don't expect a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us sitting at a desk. The building at number 44 is an older one, and it has that lived-in feel that many places in this part of town have. Looking at technical specs and making sure our projects are on track takes up most of our hours. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare since the street is narrow, but we usually just walk or take local transport anyway. Marble floors or expensive art aren't really our thing. Focusing on the practical side of things is more important to us than looking polished. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan wobbles a little when it's on high, but it keeps the air moving. Being part of the Matheswartalla Road community is something we enjoy. It’s a place where people know each other’s names and stop to say hello. We just do our work here without making a big fuss about things. It’s a real office for real work.
