Kiryanaexim

We run Kiryanaexim out of No. 180 Harmoz Villa in the Bosu Nagar area of Madhyam Gram. It is a bit of a different setting than a big industrial park, being in a villa, but it works for us. The atmosphere is a little quieter than the city center, which helps when we need to focus on the export documents. We have been at this location for a while and the locals know us. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our records and handle the logistics. Dealing with export stuff from Madhyam Gram means we have to be very organized with our transport timings. Every morning starts with a quick check of what needs to go out. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees, so everyone here does a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking an invoice and the next you are helping move some samples. It is practical and straightforward. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It is just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to stay on top of the orders and make sure nothing gets missed by the end of the shift.
