KHEMKA-BUILDTECH LLP

We are KHEMKA-BUILDTECH LLP, and our office is located in Tower 2, on the 17th floor, Flat E at 54/10 Debendra Chandra Dey Road. This is in the 700015 area of Kolkata. Being up on the 17th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at our computer screens or project blueprints to notice. We are a buildtech firm, which basically means we handle the more technical aspects of construction and engineering projects. It’s a lot of data, measurements, and making sure the structural parts of a building are actually going to work. We aren't a corporate giant; we are more of a specialized team that knows their way around a building site. The office can get pretty hectic when a big project is in the middle of a deadline. There are always people coming in and out, and the phones never seem to stop ringing. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do because the work speaks for itself. It’s about precision and making sure everything is done by the book. We’ve been at this location for a while and we like the mix of residential and industrial vibes in this part of Kolkata. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just focus on the technical side of building and try to get it right the first time.
