Our office for Keyheaven Developers Llp is located at 193/1 MG Road. We’re up on the first floor, which makes it a lot easier to get to than some of the higher offices in this neighborhood. MG Road is always humming with activity, and being right there on the 700007 side of things means we see it all. We are a development firm, but we don't act like the big ones you see on TV. It’s a pretty down-to-earth operation. We spend most of our time looking at sites and talking to our crew. The office is usually full of half-empty tea cups and rolled-up plans. We don't have a polished image and we aren't trying to create one. We just want to get our projects completed. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather shuts us down for a few days, but we just pick up where we left off. We know the local area very well because we’ve lived and worked here most of our lives. We don't have a marketing department. If someone wants to work with us, they usually just find us through someone else we’ve worked for. It’s a simple system that works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork. There’s always a lot of it in this business. We aren't doing anything flashy, just building what needs to be built each day.
