Keventer Project Ltd.

Our office at 44/1 Diamond Harbour Road is in a very old part of Alipore. The building has been here for a long time, and so have we. Keventer Project Ltd. is not a new name in this area. We have a big room with old wooden desks and lots of windows. From our windows, you can see the big trees that line the road and the heavy traffic moving toward the center of Kolkata. We work on various land projects and building developments. It is a lot of coordination with engineers and local workers. Most of our morning is spent on the phone or in meetings. We aren't the type of office that has a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle a lot of the legal side of property, which means we have piles of files everywhere. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we don't mind. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make tea for anyone who comes to visit. It is a steady business. We have seen many changes in the skyline of the city from this office. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, focusing on the projects we have in hand. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, so we all end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise anyway.
